Is it the intent of the Department to perform this contract work at night? The contract does include NIGHT WORK ZONE LIGHT as a pay item, but the TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN on page 4 of the proposal does not outline nighttime hours of work, or any penalties associated with not having the workers and equipment out of the work zone by the peak hours.
An addendum will be issued to address this question. Please continue to monitor the website for an update. (04/15/2024)
