Addendum B changed the PG Binder Grade for the lower lifts to a SBS PG 64-22. That product may not exist. It is not on the qualified products list for PG Binder. Are you sure it is not supposed to just be PG 64-22?

Where were the samples taken from that the results are shown in Appendix B? Also, what was the purpose of this sampling?

Would it be possible to use either SBS PG 76-28 or SBS PG 70-28 PG for all the upper lift of surface and the pavt removal and replacement areas so that two different SBS PG binders wouldnt be needed?

If the Contractor elects to, it is acceptable to use a single binder grade, SBS PG 76-28, for both the top lift of surface and the Pavement Removal and Replacement areas, provided that the selected binder meets or exceeds the performance grade specified for each item and location. However, SBS PG 70-28 would not be acceptable as a single binder grade, as it does not meet the required binder specification for the Apron Pavement Removal and Replacement areas. (09/05/2025)
The bulletin description and the DBE goals report indicate that the DBE % is 3.0%. The contract specifications indicate 12%. Which is correct?

The DBE goal will be revised to 0.0% via an addendum. (09/03/2025)
