Plan Sheet 12 – Paving & Misc Details – Bit. Crack Repair (AR201660 – LF) shows 2’ wide removal width plus 1’ on each side overlap for the Crack Control Fabric (201671). In the past, we have used Two (2) – 2’ wide Reflective Crack Control System B for a total of 4’ wide. Is this acceptable? Standard widths available of this material range from 1’ to 3’ wide.
Fabric may be placed with multiple 2ft wide rolls to equal the required 4ft width. An Addendum will be issued. (11/13/2023)

Plan Sheet 7 - Construction Activity Plan shows 6 separate work areas. Note 3 states work areas may be active concurrently with the approval of the airport. Given the high cost associated with small work areas, how many “Phases” will be required to complete the proposed work? May the work be completed in 1 phase? If not, which work areas can be closed concurrently?
May the following work be completed concurrently?
Phase 1 – A,B,C Phase 2 – D,E,F
1. Phase 1 Work Areas A,B,C may be combined into a single phase. 2. Phase 2 Work Areas D,E,F shall not be combined into a single phase. 3. Phase 2 Work Area D shall be Standalone and Work Areas E and F may be combined. 4. Phase 2 Work Areas D and E may be combined and Work Area F Standalone. An addendum will be issued. (11/09/2023)
