  • In the spec under completion date plus working days, can you clarify this sentence, "The closure of the road shall be open for a total of five calendar days, which shall include a Saturday and Sunday." We believe the Department is only allowing the road to be closed for a total of 5 days. Is this correct?
    Yes, that is correct. The road will only be allowed to be closed for a total of five days. Saturday and Sunday must be included in those five days allowed for the road closure. (10/23/2024)
