| A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the Mount Pulaski Pump Station at IL 121, Mount Pulaski, IL. Location Notes - IL Route 121, 0.8 miles north of the IL 121/IL 54 intersection, Logan County. Meeting Description - Each prospective bidder shall be allowed one (1) representative to attend the tour. Each person is required to provide their own hard hat, safety shoes, eye protection and OSHA Permit-Required Confined Spaces (29 CFR 1910.146) Training Certification prior to beginning the tour. No photographs will be allowed during the tour of restrictive property.Members of the Department will be present to facilitate the tour only. Inquiries regarding the contract plans and special provisions will be addressed per the bid invitation instructions. |
