Removing existing dual CMP culverts at three locations and replacement with a precast concrete box culvert, ditch cleaning, pavement removal and replacement, landscaping and other related construction work on IL Route 116 beginning approximately 138 feet west of N. 1450 Rd and ending approximately 170 feet east of 1304 W. Reynolds St. in Pontiac.

Can you clarify the Class D Patch pay item? The summary of quantities and plan sheet 14 shows Class D Patch, Type IV, 12 Inch. The proposed sections on plan sheet 6 and the pavement schedule on plan sheet 9 shows Class D Patch, Type IV, 7"?

The proposed sections on sheet 6 and the schedule should read "Class D Patch 12" (10/22/2025)
