Will the 15" Class D Patching happen before or after the 2-3/4" Surface Removal?

Typically, patches are constructed first and then milling and resurfacing. This gives a smoother ride for the traveling public. (10/22/2025)
The special provisions under Maintenance of Traffic state “Milled pavement shall be resurfaced before opening the road to traffic”. Please clarify the anticipated sequencing for milling, CIR, and resurfacing.

An addendum will be issued to address this. (10/22/2025)
