Under General Notes on Plan sheet 2 it refers to existing drainage ditch grade being provided on letting and bidding site is this available?

There are several trees right at or tied in the existing fences throughout the project. Are these trees to be removed entirely?

The intent is to remove all trees on state ROW. Any privately owned fences should be on private property and should not be interfered with. IDOT will stake the ROW limits once construction starts. It is likely that some trees will remain in the gap between the ROW line and privately owned fences. Any potential interference due to fences illegally on state ROW will be addressed during construction. (10/15/2025)
The Special Provisions have removed the second paragraphs of Article 214.03 and 214.04. Will a Typical Section and/or Cross Sections be provided prior to bidding to determine the quantity of incidental excavated material to be removed?

The intent of the pay item is to facilitate drainage between the various structures located on the project. It is not expected that the excavation required by the pay item would exceed 1 ft. (10/14/2025)
