Will pavement marking removal grinding be allowed on this project, as water blasting trucks will not be able to get up next to the curb. This would also be cost savings for the state will essentially installing grooved thermoplastic markings which will aid longevity of the pavement marking.

Please bid as presented in the plans. Value engineering options will be considered during construction. (10/23/2025)
