Bulletin Description

(767.78-Ft) Designed Overlay Project consists of hot-mix asphalt surface removal, resurfacing with polymerized hot-mix asphalt surface course and polymerized hot-mix asphalt binder course, placement of thermoplastic and preformed plastic pavement markings, pavement patching, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement. The project is located within the City of Elgin in Hanover Townships in Cook County.
