  • Can you please clarify the locations of the clearing special line item as it is a LSUM and not called out on the plans?
    The clearing was calculated on each side of the two slopewalls, so four areas. The length is 55' from base of slopewall to the top, and 20' of width. This calculates to 1100 SF for each quad, or 4400 SF of total clearing. This area called out in the seeding schedule as well. (10/24/2025)
