The project consists of GRAFFITI REMOVAL and shall consist of removing graffiti from the surfaces on State DOT right of way located on the inbound and outbound mainlines and ramps of the Kennedy (I-90/94), Dan Ryan (I-90/94), Bishop Ford (I-94), the Stevenson (I-55), and I-57 Expressways in Cook County.
