  • Plan Sheet 2, General Note 8: Since this note requires each lane to be paved before opening to traffic, this will require the LJS to be applied in accordance with the specifications for "half-width" applications (Special Provisions, page 25). This specification requires all LJS installed in this manner to be paid a "LJS, Half-Width". Please revise pay item.
    An addendum will be issued to address this question. Please continue to monitor the website for an update. (06/05/2023)

  • Plan sheet 2, General Note 9: This note requires the completion of final pavement markings for a section to be complete. Special Provisions, Page 3: 15 working days are allowed for the completion of pavement markings. Will paving be allowed in 2024, or is all pavement marking to be completed in 2023?
