  • Will a more detailed vertical adjustment special provision be provided?
    The project should be bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications published online. (04/10/2026)

  • Will the terminals, included in the guardrail runs requiring vertical adjustment, also be required to be adjusted? If so, how will terminal vertical adjustment be paid for?

  • Currently there are steel blocks installed at some locations requiring vertical adjustment of guardrail. Please confirm if the steel blocks will need to be replaced.

  • Per the schedule of quantities radius guardrail is called out to be installed, however it doesn’t provide any information of the length of the radius. Please advise on the length of radius required.
    The length is shown in the schedule of quantities and the SOQ at 13'. A radius of 25' should be sufficient. (04/10/2026)
