The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Innovation Project Delivery (IPD) hereby informs industry via this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the ADA Intersection Improvements project (Project). 62X82 and 62X96

The Project consists of services required for pedestrian accessibility improvements at various locations throughout IDOT District 1 including but not limited to improvements to curb ramps, installation of accessible pedestrian signals, installation of roadway signs, placement of pavement markings utility adjustments/relocations and ancillary works to accomplish improvements. It is the intent of IDOT to deliver this Project utilizing the Design Build Delivery model.

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Bureau of Innovation Project Delivery (IPD) herby informs industry via this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the US 34/US 52 Bridge Replacement project (Project).

The Project consists of the replacement of two bridges: one carrying US 34/IL 23 over the Little Indian Creek and one carrying US 52 over the Fox River. It is the intent of IDOT to deliver this Project utilizing the Design Build Delivery model.   

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Innovation Project Delivery herby informs industry via this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the I-290 Drainage Improvement project (Project).

The Project consists of a parallel trunk sewer and vault from the Des Plaines River to Austin Street as an initial sub-project of the future corridor wide I-290 Eisenhower Expressway project to increase capacity and reduce congestion along a 13-mile section of I-290. It is the intent of IDOT to deliver this Project utilizing the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) delivery model.

The Illinois Department of Transportation (“IDOT”) is pleased to present this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to prospective entities or groups (“Respondents”) interested in submitting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain (“DBFOM”) the South Suburban Airport (“SSA”); a commercial service airfield that will serve the greater Chicagoland area on State-acquired land in Will County near Peotone, Illinois.
