The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Innovative Project Delivery (IPD) herby informs industry via this Notice of Intent (NOI) for the I-270 Overlay and Structures Repairs and Replacements Project. The Project is now anticipated to be delivered under a Design-Build Contract (DB Contract). Opportunities for one-on-one meetings is being provided.

The Project consists of the removal and replacement of all hot-mix asphalt (HMA) to bare concrete, minor geometric improvements to the IL 157and IL 159 interchanges, and structure repairs, rehabilitations, and replacements.
