The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), as a member of the CREATE partnership, is pleased to promote that CSX is inviting bids for CREATE Project P3 Stage 1 Track, Earthwork, Grading, and Drainage construction. Project P3 (Forest Hill Flyover) is part of the 75^th Street Corridor Improvement Project in Chicago, IL. The 75^th Street Corridor Improvement Project consists of several professional service and construction contracts over the next four to five years. To ensure maximum participation opportunities by our vendors, IDOT will be sharing all CREATE bid opportunities available for the project.
