The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), as a member of the CREATE partnership, is pleased to promote that Union Pacific (UP) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide design services as lead Engineering Design firm for UP’s part of CREATE Project EW2, from 80th street to CP Oakdale. This project is part of the 75th Street Corridor Improvement Project in Chicago, IL. The 75th Street Corridor Improvement Project consists of several professional service and construction contracts over the next four to five years. To ensure maximum participation opportunities by our vendors, IDOT will be sharing all CREATE bid opportunities available for the project.
