The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), as a member of the CREATE partnership, is pleased to promote the upcoming CREATE Program’s Request for Proposals to provide an ongoing relationship with a qualified vendor that will develop, deploy and support a fully redesigned, modern, advocacy-focused website that meets the needs of multiple external audiences as well as existing internal stakeholders. The vendor will also provide ongoing technical and content support, answer technical questions, provide general best practice guidance, write content and recommend/develop new site enhancements as needed. In conjunction with this redesign, the CREATE partners also look for recommendations on an integrated communications strategy and social media management support.
