The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), as a member of the CREATE partnership is pleased to promote that CSX is seeking proposals for Project Right-of-way Acquisition Services for CREATE Program projects P3 and GS19. P3 and GS19 are part of the 75th Street Corridor Improvement Project in Chicago, IL. The 75^th Street Corridor Improvement Project consists of several professional service and construction contracts over the next four to five years. To ensure maximum participation opportunities by our vendors, IDOT will be sharing all CREATE bid opportunities available for the project.
