The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), as a member of the CREATE partnership, is pleased to promote that Metra is seeking Letters of Interest and Qualifications (LIQ) for Engineering Design Services for CREATE Program Project P2, the Metra Southwest Service/Rock Island District Flyover Connection. P2 is part of the 75th Street Corridor Improvement Project in Chicago, IL. The firm will work as an extension of Metra staff to provide program administration services, stakeholder coordination, track design, retaining wall design and environmental engineering for the project.
