There are no cross sections or shoulder profiles in the plans. Is it intended for the guardrail posts to be installed in bituminous shoulders or aggregate shoulders?

As defined in Article 101.09 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, the bidder shall inspect in detail the site of the proposed work and investigate and become familiar with all the local conditions affecting the contract and the detailed requirements for construction. The contractor should bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. (04/16/2025)
The plans do not specify where the Longitudinal Joint Sealant will be used. Can you please clarify on what joints this will be used?

LJS will be placed on all paving joints (centerline and both edgeline joints) prior to placing the final surface course on the through lanes and the shoulders. (04/11/2025)
The HMA Profile Grade Change detail sheet on page 17 of the plans shows the paving omission at structure and station but does not line up with the rest of the profile. Can you please clarify?

Stations 349+25 to 351+15 is where the new connector pavement and bridge deck will be constructed to the proposed profile elevation, so that's where the paving omission will be. (04/07/2025)
The posted plans are missing the structure plans. Can the structure plans be made available?
