No More Contract Specifics

The orange fence along the runway, is the fence supposed to go around the whole runway? 11,000 FT? Are we supposed to use the Runway Safety Area or Modified Safety Area? Does the fence need to go thru the taxiways or the inner sections of the runway? Please clearify where the temporary orange fence is supposed to go.
