The drawings are saying two different things regarding seeding/top soiling.
Per the drawings - All disturbed areas to be seeded with 2A salt tolerant roadside mix. All Costs for seeding shall be included in the cost of work.
Per specs Placement of topsoil, seeding, mulch, and fertilizer shall be performed by the department.
Please advise who will be required for this?
The Department will perform the seeding per the Special Provision. (06/04/2025)
