    What does the existing pavement consist of? - Fifer Street consists of a seal coat road, and the intersecting streets consist of HMA over brick on a concrete base. Plan Sheet 8 shows a tree to be removed how is this paid for? - There is no tree removal in the scope of this project. (05/29/2025)
