  • In the special provisions under the fold down bollards, there is a list of 3 companies, if the company cannot provide a certificate of Made in the USA can we still use that bollard? Please clearify.
    The project should be bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications published online. (07/22/2025)

  • According to the Special Provisions, the telescope posts are to be coated black, are the sign panels supposed to be coated black as well? Are the sign panels on wood post for the trail supoosed to be coated black? Please clearify.
    The sign panels do not need to be coated black. The sign panels on the wood posts for the trail do not need to be coated black. (07/22/2025)

  • Is the Engineer able to provide cut & fills on the Cross-Section? We would like to be able to earthwork takeoff to see where dirt is taken and needed along the trail.

  • On Sheet 20 - Plan & Profile - It appears that Station 60+89 to Station 61+33 RT and Station 60+62.5 to Station 61+59.5 LT that there is B6.24 Curb Quantity Missing. Can you please advise if there is Curb replacement at these locations and what kind of curb? Additionally, at approx Station 63+36 west of the intersection of L&N Ave and Route 4 there appears to be curb replacement that isn't called out as well.
