The plans state to add 701400 signs for MLK ramp that merges to 55 SB/64 WB, but shows ROAD CONSTRUCTION AHEAD and Yield Ahead signs. Will a 701400 be required coming from the MLK ramp?
No, TC&P 701400 won't be needed for that MLK ramp since the lane drop will have already happened at that point, and they will just be merging in with traffic. (06/02/2026)

Will 701400 signs and boards be required on both 64 WB and 55 SB for stage 2 due to close proximity of the taper to the merge point of these 2 highways.
Yes, since the merge of the interstates is only 1000' away from the beginning of the TC&P 701400 start, there will need to be advanced warning from both I-64 WB and I-55 SB. (06/02/2026)
