|
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Wren Way & Palestine Church Rd, Ewing Township, IL 62897. Location Notes - Wren Way & Palestine Church Road. Meeting Description - Attendance will be taken. Failure on the part of the prime contractor to sign in/attend will cause the contractor's request to bid to be denied. Subcontractors are welcome to attend. Please contact Travis Emery at (618) 889-2280, JEmery@hanson-inc.com concerning location details or any additional information needed prior to the meeting. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all potential prime contractors interested in bidding. Registered subcontractors and certified disadvantaged business enterprise subcontractors are encouraged to attend. The meeting will begin at 10 AM at which time, after a final call for everyone to sign in, the sign-in sheets will be copied. Attendees who show up after the presentation is underway will not be allowed to sign-in thereby not being considered in attendance. Failure on the prime contractor's part to attend will cause the contractor's request for authorization to bid to be denied. |
