This project is located at two locations on FAI 55 (I-55) in Livingston County. Location 1 begins at M.M. 205.0 and ends at M.M. 209.0 (S. of Odell), Location 2 begins at M.M. 212.0 and ends at M.M. 215.3 (N. of Odell). This project consists of centerline repairs cleaning and filling potholes, depressions and cracks and micro surfacing.

  • Can we patch RPM's and pave in the same day?
    Contractors shall follow guidelines under the special provision "PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE - MICRO-SURFACING JOINT REPAIR". As stated in the special provisions: "surface preparation shall be approved by the Engineer prior to the application of the micro-surfacing". (07/20/2021)

  • For Code no. 70300240, what material is the temporary striping supposed to be?
    Per Article 703.05 of the Standard Specifications, temporary pavement marking shall be "Type I Marking Tape". (07/08/2021)
