  • Page 6 of the plans shows putting HMA Binder IL-9.5FG, N70, 1.75" on the left shoulder and HMA Surface IL-9.5, Mix C, N70 2" on the right shoulder. Plan sheet 7 shows putting both lifts on each shoulder. Please clarify.
    An addendum will be issued to address this question. Please continue to monitor the website for an update. (01/02/2026)

  • Page 6 of the plans shows not milling the existing shoulders but plan sheet 7 shows you putting 1.75" of binder and 2" of surface down. The HMA surface removal 3.75" does not include the shoulder milling in it. Please clarify.

  • The short term pavement marking removal quantity seems way to high. We come up with around 792 sf. Can you please clarify.
    The contractor should bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. (12/30/2025)
