  • Concerning section "REMOTE TERMINAL UNITS (RTUs)" of "76T02-087.pdf" I request the following clarifications of "PART 3 - EXECUTION", page 10, part G. Please confirm the "existing central server system used for IDT's existing remote terminal units" is the managed SCADA servers maintained by Mission Communications. Please confirm that all new and existing Remote Terminal Units must remain accessible through the Mission Communications web/mobile applications.
    The units currently operating are Mission units. New mission units will be added to the existing system and must remain accessible through the Mission communications web/mobile applications. (06/01/2023)

  • Concerning section "REMOTE TERMINAL UNITS (RTUs)" of "76T02-087.pdf" I request the following clarifications of "PART 3 - EXECUTION", page 10, part H. H.1: Please confirm that the OPC-UA data connection available from Mission Communications will be an acceptable method for the "system integrator" to access the required signal data from the existing and new remote terminal units.     This will be approved thru the submittal process after the contract is awarded as long as all specifications are met as outlined in the special provisions, plans, and Standard Specifications posted online. (06/01/2023)

  • When should I expect to see plans/specifications released for this bid? I believe there is equipment we are interested in bidding for this contract, but I cannot see the specifics of the job at this time.
