1. Does the wiring need to be replaced within the pole to the new fixtures? If so, what is the size and type of cable?
2. Have the lowering rings been tested that they function properly? What happens if a lowering ring will not lower.
1. Wiring does not need to be replaced. 2. Lowering rings have been tested. All except one were operating properly. The district plans on attempting to address that one before the contract begins. If lowering ring will not lower, the contractor should contact Scott Stokes in Traffic, and the district personnel will assist. (06/02/2023)
