As of October 3, 2025, the U.S. Department of Transportation issued an Interim Final Rule that requires all existing DBE and ACDBE certifications to be re-evaluated. DBE and ACDBE Certifications appearing in this directory are currently under review by the certifying agencies of the IL UCP and may not be used to meet DBE/ACDBE goals for USDOT or counted for DBE/ACDBE goal compliance purposes for USDOT until the reevaluation of all DBE/ACDBE certified firms by the IL UCP is complete.
