Welcome to the Illinois Pilot & Plane Registration website. Although your email address is not required to use the site for registration, we ask that you provide and verify that you have an active email account so that we can contact you about future registrations.

We will accept payment via VISA, Mastercard and Electronic Funds Transfer from a checking or savings account. You may include both your Aircraft Registration Renewal and your Pilot Certificate Renewal in the same payment. You will also need to be attached to a printer to print your certificate(s).

• If you are a new user or do not remember the email account you used for the last registration, enter your email address and click "New Email".
• If you are an existing user, enter your email and click "Continue".
• If you do not have an email account or do not wish to provide one, click the "Continue without Email".

NOTE: Your email provider may have a spam blocker in place which will not allow you to receive email from the Illinois Aeronautics online pilot and plane registration site. Please ensure you specifically set your email preferences to always accept mail from "dot.aero@illinois.gov".
